Area seniors, caregivers and families are invited to attend the city of Gainesville’s second annual Senior Spotlight Resource Fair on Saturday, Sept. 19, at the Senior Recreation Center.
The free event will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 5701 NW 34th Blvd. and will connect older adults and their caregivers with community resources. Representatives from the city and local organizations will answer questions and provide information about recreational opportunities, health services, caregiver support and heirs property.
The event will also feature free food, music and a tree giveaway. No registration is required, and the fair is open to the public.
