‘Gospel Meets Jazz’ fundraiser on tap for June 20

The Alachua County Community Remembrance Project (ACCRP) will hold a “Gospel Meets Jazz” fundraising event on Friday, June 20.

This event will take place at 7 p.m. at The Cotton Club Museum (837 SE 7th Ave., Gainesville). Tickets are available in advance by clicking here in advance or for $45 at the door.

The evening will feature dynamic, jazzy interpretations of favorite gospel, jazz and rhythm and blues songs by the Williams Park Singers and special guests.

The ACCRP is a community group dedicated to truth and reconciliation, who educate our community about our county’s history of racial terrorism during the Jim Crow era, leaving us with a legacy of racial disparity. Join for a lovely evening and help work for truth and reconciliation.
