The Alachua County Community Remembrance Project (ACCRP) will hold a “Gospel Meets Jazz” fundraising event on Friday, June 20.
This event will take place at 7 p.m. at The Cotton Club Museum (837 SE 7th Ave., Gainesville). Tickets are available in advance by clicking here in advance or for $45 at the door.
The evening will feature dynamic, jazzy interpretations of favorite gospel, jazz and rhythm and blues songs by the Williams Park Singers and special guests.
Refreshments will be provided by A Taste of Home by Deb.
The ACCRP is a community group dedicated to truth and reconciliation, who educate our community about our county’s history of racial terrorism during the Jim Crow era, leaving us with a legacy of racial disparity. Join for a lovely evening and help work for truth and reconciliation.
