The High Springs Playhouse will perform “You Can’t Take It With You” each Friday, Saturday and Sunday in February as its first performance of 2023.

The 1936 rom-com focuses on the seemingly off-the-walls Sycamore family and Alice Sycamore’s love interest—Tony Kirby. The play centers on a meeting of the Kirby and Sycamore families and subsequent fallout.

Written by George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart, the play won the 1937 Pulitzer Prize in Drama.
