The High Springs Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Façade Improvement Grant Matching program has opened to residential homeowners in the district.

According to a High Springs press release sent Wednesday, the city announced the addition of the residential program after seeing success with CRA’s Business Façade Grant Program.

The CRA Façade Grant Program is designed to assist homeowners in revitalizing their houses. The program provides 50/50 reimbursement for eligible home improvements up to $5,000 to advance and encourage revitalization efforts. The CRA Board reviews each application and awards grants.
