Former elementary school teacher, Janet Tucci, will be the guest speaker at Sunday Assembly Gainesville on Oct. 19.
This free event will take place at 11 a.m. at the Pride Center located in the Springhill Professional Center at 3850 NW 83 Street, Ste. 201, in Gainesville.
Tucci, an elementary teacher for 41 years with a special interest in children’s literature, graduated from Nova Scotia University and will give a talk on “Friends of the Library: A Hundred Thousand Books and More.” She is also an independent businesswoman and journalist.
