
Kate Clement, a member of the Education Foundation of Alachua County (EFAC), will be the guest speaker at the Sunday Assembly Gainesville (SAG) on Sept. 21.
This free event will take place at 11 a.m. on Sunday at the Pride Center located in the Springhill Professional Center at 3850 NW 83 St., Ste. 20.
Clement is the Community Outreach Coordinator at EFAC as well as the Mentor Coordinator for the Foundation’s largest program – Take Stock in Children. She has matched over 400 students with Take Stock mentors since she joined the Foundation. The title of her talk is, “Breaking the Cycle: Changing Lives Through Take Stock in Children.”
Music will be provided by Some Assembly Required. Following the talk and program, there will be a potluck lunch.
