The Lubee Bat Conservancy will host its annual Florida Bat Festival on Saturday, Oct. 25.

This event will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1309 NW 192nd Ave. in Gainesville.

Tickets are $5 for ages 5-12, $10 for ages 13-plus and kids under 4 are free. Click here for tickets.  A $45 beer garden includes general festival entry. Must be 21-plus to participate.

For more than 20 years, the Florida Bat Festival has been celebrating bats, the world’s most famous flying mammal. The event includes incredible activities, vendors, a beer garden and entertainment, with over 5,000 Florida residents and visitors attending each year.
