The Disability Awareness Expo, an event co-sponsored by Alachua County and the city of Gainesville, will be held to help inform participants about the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The free event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 26 at the Martin Luther King Jr. Multipurpose Center (1028 NE 14th St.).

Participants will have the chance to find out about community resources for people with disabilities. The Health Department will be providing free A1C testing and giveaways while supplies last.
