Wouldn’t it be great if dinner was rolled up all by itself?

Well, I’ve got good news for you! My family’s decades-old eggroll recipe is about to be yours.

Don’t worry—there’s nothing weird inside. But you should know that this is a party recipe, so it will make about 75 eggrolls if you precisely follow this recipe.

Here’s what you’ll need:

4 packs eggroll wraps

4 lbs of 80%-20% ground beef

4 packs of cole slaw mix

2 packs of shredded carrots

3 packs of shredded broccoli

1 bottle of soy sauce

1 bottle of Worcestershire sauce

Minced garlic
