My Foodie Recipe: Taco Pie

I have been on a Mexican food craze several times over the last couple of months as we look at Taco Pie this week.

The little brother to the Taco Spaghetti Sub from an earlier episode, this Taco Pie recipe is one a friend of mine sent me on Facebook which I will try this week. It’s so easy to make and takes less than 30 minutes total time.

  • 8 ounce package of refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces of shredded Mexican -style cheese blend

Have these toppings handy too: sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes or salsa, green onion (chopped), avocado, and black olives.
