
New restrooms were recently completed at Unity Park in Gainesville.
Courtesy city of GainesvilleThe city of Gainesville announced that Unity Park’s new restroom has been completed and is now open.
The project cost was $231,675. AKEA, Inc., a local minority, service-disabled veteran owned contractor, facilitated the project.
The City of Gainesville’s Wild Spaces & Public Places program and Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department have completed two more projects recently: updated lighting at Possum Creek Park and the new amenities at A.N.N.E. Park.
