The North Central Florida Veterans Foundation Inc. (NCFVF) will host its 2026 fundraising gala on Saturday, July 11, to raise support for veterans throughout the region who need assistance.
The 2026 NCFVF Gala will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Best Western Gateway Grand Hotel and Conference Center (4200 NW 97th Blvd.) in Gainesville. The evening will feature dinner, dancing, raffles and entertainment, with all proceeds benefiting veterans served by the organization. Click here to purchase tickets.
According to foundation officials, 100% of event proceeds will be used to assist veterans in need.
The guest of honor will be retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. John M. LeMoyne, a distinguished leader and local veteran.
The mission of the North Central Florida Veterans Foundation is to assist honorably discharged veterans during times of hardship and help them achieve a level of stability that allows them to provide for their own care and well-being without ongoing assistance.
Organizers say community support through gala registrations, sponsorships and donations directly contributes to the foundation’s efforts to provide assistance and resources to local veterans facing challenges.
The annual gala serves as both a fundraiser and an opportunity for community members to recognize the service and sacrifices of military veterans while helping ensure support is available when it is needed most.
The event is open to the public, and organizers encourage residents, businesses and veteran supporters to attend.
