The Pleasant Street Historic Society will be hosting a benefit gala to help fundraise for the restoration of historic Claronelle Smith-Griffin House.
The gala will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 24 at DR Williams Fellowship Hall (603 NW 7th Ave.) in Gainesville.
There will be food and music at the event.
