Santa Fe College’s Jazz Ensemble and Jazz Combo will perform “Jazz Up Spring” on Friday, March 6.
The concert will start at 7:30 p.m. at the Jackson N. Sasser Fine Arts Hall on the Santa Fe College Northwest Campus (3000 NW 83rd St.) in Gainesville.
The performance will showcase the college’s Jazz Ensemble and Jazz Combo, who will perform music by some of the most important musicians, arrangers, and composers in the history of jazz.
Students in the Fine Arts and Entertainment Technology department will engage in ensemble playing and solo improvisation, focusing on creativity and musical expression.
