In honor of the 50th anniversary of Earth Day Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo is hosting a virtual “Party for the Planet.”
They will be celebrating via social media on Facebook and Instagram all month long and all day on April 22. The virtual event is designed for the entire family. There will be fun ways to “Spring into Action” to conserve nature and learn about animal ambassadors. Content from some of the area’s leading environmental organizations such as the Lubee Bat Conservancy and Keep Alachua County Beautiful will be shared.
