The two special screenings are of a locally filmed cult classic with Q&A’s following. Prices range from $12-24 and can be purchased by clicking here.

The Hippodrome Theatre is located at 25 SE 2nd Place in Gainesville.

SPECIAL EVENTS
- Sunday, Oct. 12, 6 p.m. – Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island, 1998 Family/Animation
- Friday, Oct. 17, 9:30 p.m. – Little Shop of Horrors, 1986 Musical/Horror
- Saturday, Oct. 18, 8:30 p.m. – Cocktails and Classics: The Bride of Frankenstein, 1935 Horror. Each ticket includes a themed specialty cocktail to enjoy during the screening.
- Thursday and Friday, Oct. 23-24, 7:30 p.m. – Twisted Issues, 1988, Horror/Comedy. A celebration of local history with this “psycho-punk splatter-comedy” filmed in Gainesville. A meet and greet with the director Charles Pinion will happen at 6:30 p.m. prior to both screenings, with a Q&A following both showings of the film as well.
