The UF Health Comprehensive Spine Center will host a free seminar on Lower back pain on Thursday, June 12, at the UF Hilton Conference Center.
The free seminar will run from 1 to 2 p.m. at 1714 SW 34th St. in Gainesville.
The seminar will cover the causes, prevention strategies and effective management techniques for lower back pain. From posture tips to exercises and lifestyle adjustments, this seminar will equip attendees with insights for managing their back pain.
