A recital of original music composed by current members and alums from the UF organ and composition studios will perform newly composed music on the Andrew Anderson Memorial Pipe Organ on Saturday.

The free event will run from 7:20 to 8:30 p.m. at the University Auditorium, 333 Newell Dr. in Gainesville.

This performance celebrates the centennial of the pipe organ, installed in 1924, thanks to a donation from Dr. Andrew Anderson. The organ, a fixture in the auditorium, has hosted performances by students and renowned artists.
