A dead adult female was discovered inside a clothing donation box at the Winn Dixie Plaza in High Springs.
According to a High Springs Police Department (HSPD) release posted Wednesday, the death at 20303 NW US Highway 441 is under investigation.
HSPD said it looked like the victim climbed inside the donation box. The medical examiner’s office has taken custody of the body and will perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
The victim was later identified as 33-year-old Amanda Ruth Driggers.
