Lake City Columbia broke out to an early lead and topped Jacksonville Westside 27-9 on October 1 in Florida football action.

The scoreboard operator could have taken a nap as both teams were blanked in the third quarter.

The Tigers’ offense jumped to a 20-9 lead over the Wolverines at the intermission.
