Four injured in GNV crash on Williston Road

Gainesville Fire Rescue personnel extracted one person and treated three others from a Monday night collision at SW 34th Street and Williston Road.

A collision at the SW 34th Street and Williston Road intersection in Gainesville injured four people on Monday evening.

According to a Gainesville Fire Rescue (GFR) social media release, firefighters responded to the accident at 8 p.m. and one patient was rescued using the Jaws of Life extrication equipment.

Emergency responders transported one patient to UF Health Shands Hospital as a trauma alert. Three other patients were transported to the hospital with less severe injuries.
