With a $3.875 million price tag, Big Oak Ranch is one of only two million-dollar home listings in Gainesville. The estate contains 60 acres with a lake, two large barns, a luxury main residence and a three-bedroom guest cottage.

The property is located north of Gainesville off of SR 121 and is steeped in history. UF dated a relic found on the property to be 12,000 years old and belonging to the Paleo-Americans. Other ancient artifacts have also been found at Big Oak Ranch.
