High Springs parks to host four public workshops

The city of High Springs will hold four workshops next week to collect community wants and needs on the local parks, facilities and programs.  

The parks and R.E.C. (recreation, education and culture) department along with Community Solutions Group/GAI Consultants will host the events which are open to anyone.  

Here’s a list of the workshops:  

• Jan 17 – Workshop at Walter Howard Park from 5:30 – 7 p.m. 
• Jan 18 – Focus Group at Old School Building from 5:30 – 7 p.m. 
• Jan 19 – Focus Group at Old School Building from 3:30 – 5 p.m. 
• Jan 19 – Public Workshop at Catherine Taylor Park from 5:30 – 7 p.m.
