Meridian Behavioral Health reported four teens missing on Monday evening from its Lake City facility.

According to a Lake City Police Department (LCPD) release, Brenton Puilido, Dennis Cole, Deziah Garrett and Isabella Cowart were last seen around 8 p.m.

Puilido, 14, is 5-foot-3, weighs 110 pounds, has blonde hair and was last seen wearing a grey jacket and yellow shoes.

Cole, 17, is 5-foot-11, weighs 170 pounds, has blonde hair and was wearing a black Nike hoodie and blue jeans and was carrying a black bookbag.

Garrett, 14, is 5-foot-4, weighs 120 pounds, has brown hair and was wearing pink pants and pink shoes.

Cowart, 17, is 5-foot-5, weighs 120 pounds, has brown hair and was wearing flannel pajama pants and black shoes.
