League of Women Voters provides election tool

The League of Women Voters (LWV) of Alachua County will start offering the nonpartisan election resource VOTE411.org which will provide election information with simple, accessible tools to help navigate the voting process. 

The LWV made the announcement in a press release as voters prepare for the primary and Gainesville city elections on August 23. 

VOTE411—an online nationwide election resource— provides everything from voter registration details and personalized candidate information to polling place locations and other election information needed to make an informed vote in upcoming elections.

The League of Women Voters of Alachua County published its voter guide on VOTE411 as a resource for area voters. Candidates were given the opportunity to express themselves regarding local issues.
