A 36-year-old Old Town man died Sunday morning when his vehicle failed to negotiate a curve on NE Range Road in Lake City, left the road and collided with a tree.
According to a Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) release, the man was driving north on NE Rande Road near NE Williams Street in Lake City at 4:10 a.m. when he failed to negotiate a curve to the right and his vehicle left the roadway and collided with a tree.
The man was not wearing a seatbelt, according to the release.
