
Update: On April 11 at about 7:55 p.m. the Verizon 911 call failure issue has been repaired.

The Levy County Sheriff’s Office announced at 9 p.m. on Saturday that Verizon customers were unable to connect to 911 in Levy County.
Verizon customers report they are receiving the automated message, “All circuits are busy,” the LCSO posted on Facebook.
Levy residents who need emergency services should contact the LCSO office at 352-486-5111.
Verizon is working to correct the issue, according to the announcement.
“Updates will be posted when the issue is resolved.”
