Emergency responders transported the drivers of both vehicles to the hospital.

The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.

ACFR added a reminder to drivers to move over one lane – when safe to do so – for stopped law enforcement, emergency services vehicles and two trucks with warning lights displayed. This allows responders to work in a safer environment while rendering aid to people involved in an accident.
