A pickup hit and killed a Morriston man riding his bicycle on SE County Road 326 on Tuesday in Levy County.

According to a Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) report, a 92-year-old Gulf Hammock man was driving his pickup eastbound on SE CR 326 east of Wolf Arbor Road at 10:41 a.m. when he collided with the bicyclist, also going eastbound on SE CR 326. The bicyclist was ejected onto the grass shoulder of the roadway.
Emergency responders pronounced the bicyclist dead on scene.
