Ryan Woods was recently sworn in as the new chief of police for Santa Fe College (SF).

The swearing-in ceremony, which was held on Thursday, was attended by family members, college faculty and staff, local law enforcement personnel, as well as other community members.

Woods was selected as the college’s new chief of police in August, effective Oct. 1, following the retirement of former Chief Ed Book.
