Trenton man, 30, dies in hit-and-run on State Road 26

A 30-year-old Trenton man was hit and killed while lying on State Road 26 west of Trenton by an unknown vehicle early Saturday morning.

According to a Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) release, the Trenton man was lying in the road just west of Trenton on SR 26 west of SW 15th Court when he was struck by an unknown vehicle around 1:30 a.m.

FHP is investigating this incident.
