UF Board of Trustees member Mori Hosseini was one of nine people appointed by Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday to serve on the Space Florida Board of Directors.
Hosseini, the chairman and chief executive officer of ICI Homes, currently serves as Chair of the UF Board of Trustees and the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Board of Trustees. Hosseini earned his bachelor’s degree, his master’s degree and an honorary doctorate from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
The other appointees included Lt. Gov. Jeanette Nuñez to serve as Chair, Rodney Cruise, Jonathan Satter, Kevin Thibault, Alexis Lambert, Matthew Bocchino, Jonathan Daniels and Kevin Daugherty.
