That’s the call from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, which is looking for the family of a boy who remains unidentified.

Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) picked up a boy as he was riding a bicycle along the side of southbound I-75 near Highway 484 south of Ocala. He has blond hair and was wearing a camouflaged jacket.

“We need your help identifying this young boy,” the sheriff’s office said in a public statement.

The boy told officers his name is John, but he was unable to provide any further information on his identity. FHP believes the boy’s family may have family in Sumter County.

If anyone has information about the identity of the boy or his family, contact the Department of Children and Families (DCF) Child Protection Investigator (CPI) Bronwynne Lesso at (352) 246-8087. Reference DCF in-take #2021-091844. You can also call the Marion County Sheriff’s Office at (352) 732-9111 and reference case number 21-6259.

“Please help us find his family,” the sheriff’s office said.
