
Bishop Kenny swept the Bobcat Classic cross country meet on Saturday at Santa Fe College, with the girls recording 21 points and the boys with 34 points.
Paced by a first-place finish from Alexis Wilson in the girls race (18 minutes, 33.3 seconds), Bishop Kenny’s girls team topped the meet. Ethan Reid recorded a second-place finish in the boys race for Bishop Kenny (16:32.1), behind Oak Hall’s Andrew Eisner, who recorded the top time (16:23.5).
For the girls race, the winners had seven runners place in the top 10. Outside of Wilson’s first-place finish, Camila Giles finished third (18:54.4), Jillian Jakab placed fourth (19:00.0), Taylor Lawhorn recorded sixth place (19:27.5), Olivia Lumpkin followed her in seventh (19:33.4), Alexandra Lumpkin placed eighth (19:43.3) and Ava McEnany finished in 10th (19:52.1).

The Bishop Kenny boys had four top-10 finishes to help them record first place. Reid finished second, Dayne Kimball placed fourth (16:45.8), Brian Martinez finished seventh (17:01.7) and Thomas Milton placed eighth (17:08.7).
Buchholz finished second in the girls race as a team, with 73 points. They had six top-20 finishes in the race. Alexandra Rossi placed 13th (20:01.0), Valeria Beaver took 14th (20:05.7), Jayden Pritt was 15th (20:07.3), Annika Caedington finished 17th (20:13.5) and Jamey Armstrong came in at 19th (20:27.7).
On the boys side, Buchholz finished fourth as a team. Demetrie Meyers was their only top-20 finish in the race, placing 16th (17:26.9).
Oak Hall (78 points) and Gainesville High School (99 points) took third and fourth place, respectively, in the girls race. Oak Hall had two top-10 finishes, with Estella Collante placing second (18:35.0) and Reese Allen in ninth (19:43.5).
Oak Hall also finished third as a team in the boys race. Outside of Eisner’s first-place finish, Oak Hall had two top-20 finishes. Henri Pelletier took 17th (17:27.0) and Dylan Kirk recorded a 20th-place finish (17:32.7).

Gainesville had three top-20 finishes in the girls race, which helped pace it to fourth place. Audrey Dunn placed fifth (19:19.0), Elizabeth Rant recorded 12th place (19:56.5) and Keira Forbes finished in 16th (20:08.9).
Columbia finished sixth in the girls race with 202 points, Santa Fe placed ninth with 248 points and Newberry recorded 10th place with 258 points.

Newberry finished eighth in the boys race with 247 points, Columbia was 11th with 307 points, Santa Fe took 12th with 317 points and St. Francis Catholic placed 13th with 358 points, led by Will Bosko’s 13th-place finish (17:22.8).
