Hornets sting Branford

The Lafayette Hornets cruised to a 27-13 victory over the Branford Buccaneers in week five of high school football action Friday night.

With the win, Lafayette improves to 3-1 on the season. The loss was Branford’s first of the year. The Buccaneers drop to 3-1.

Next week, Lafayette is at Dixie County, while Branford is at home against Hilliard.
