After enduring a 38-14 loss to the The Maclay Marauders of Tallahassee the Lafayette Hornets bounced back in week eight of high school football action Friday night with a 35-21 win over Seven Rivers.

The five touchdown effort by the Hornets was too much for Seven Rivers, who falls to 3-4 on the season.

Lafayette, with the win, is heading towards a winning season with a 4-3 record. Next week, they take on the Bell Bulldogs.
