The Gainesville baseball team lost a close one on the road on Thursday night.
GHS (1-2) fell at Lecanto, 8-7. The Hurricanes are back in action on Friday at Santa Fe (Alachua).
Eastside lost to Belleview, 16-0, to fall 2-3 on the young season. The Rams will travel to Belleview on Tuesday, March 2.
