The Branford Buccaneers scored 12 first half points, while its defense shut down the Interlachen Rams en route to a 12-7 victory in week eight of high school football action Friday night.
The Buccaneer defense allowed only one touchdown, leading the way for the victory.
With the win, Branford improves is 5-1. Next week, they play at home against Trenton.
Interlachen drops to 4-3.
