2 men indicted for Williston murder

A grand jury indicted two men on Monday for a February murder in Williston.

According to a State Attorney’s Office release, the Levy County Spring Term Grand Jury returned a True Bill indicting Isaac Williams, 20, and Kentavious Brown, 22, on first-degree murder charges for the shooting death of Malik Jamar Hall.

The True Bill means that the defendants will be arraigned and face a trial at a future date.

Law enforcement officers arrested Williams on Feb. 27 and Brown on Feb. 24.

The two Williston men were identified following a shooting incident that occurred on NE 4^th Avenue near the intersection of 11^th Street in Williston on Feb. 5. Hall was shot in the head and later died in the hospital on Feb. 7.
