Community help sought in Jonesville vehicle burglaries

The Alachua County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) is seeking community assistance in a recent string of vehicle burglaries throughout the Jonesville area.

According to an ACSO release posted on Sunday on Facebook, multiple overnight burglaries occurred in Jonesville, including the neighborhoods of Saddlebrooke Farms, The Trails and Turnberry Lake.

“If you live in or near these neighborhoods, we ask that you please check your home surveillance cameras for any suspicious activity from last night,” the release stated. Anyone with footage that could assist ACSO in identifying the person or people involved in the burglaries is asked to submit it as an online tip at: https://acso.us/blog/report-a-crime/
