The Gainesville Police Department (GPD) is seeking assistance from the public regarding a hit-and-run that injured a bicyclist riding along NW 6th Street on Dec. 10.
According to a GPD release, the incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. in the 800 block of NW 6th Street when a bicyclist was hit and sustained serious injuries, including a broken leg. The bicyclist was found lying on the west side of the intersection.
The alleged vehicle is possibly a silver/gray truck.
