According to an Alachua County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) release, multiple deputies responded to an anonymous call claiming a bomb had been placed in one of the buildings.
Deputies reportedly secured staff and students in a safe location while conducting a methodical search of the campus, using bomb detection K9 units.
ACSO searched and found no devices.
