Law enforcement officials arrived at Monterey Boats on Main Street in connection with a shooting and found one person dead. In a press release, law enforcement didn’t identify the victim but did name Segar as a suspect.

Law enforcement says they have probable cause for premeditated murder and the possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

The release says Segar had a relationship with the victim and noted that Segar was last seen in a Chevrolet truck with blue and yellow graphics for DGD, Discount Garage Doors.

“The Williston Police Department, Levy County Sheriff’s Office and the 8th Judicial Circuit are working jointly in this investigation to swiftly locate and detain the suspect,” the release said.
