AccuWeather once reported that the perfect temperature to eat ice cream is between 65 and 80 degrees.  

With average lows of 44 degrees and highs of 90 degrees, Alachua County’s average temperature year-round comes out to roughly 70.4 degrees—spring, summer, fall and winter.
