The Gainesville Housing Authority (GHA) will host a Postpartum Wellness Workshop on Thursday at the ELITE Training Center.
The free workshop will run from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at 56 NE 26th Terrace in Gainesville.
The workshop will go over body posture, breathing, pelvic floor health and body mechanics during everyday living.
