Driving around town, it’s hard not to notice the food trucks that dot the street. But how many people stop to try and see what they offer?

This is a love letter to the food trucks of Gainesville and the diverse, delicious food that they offer the community.

Why it matters? A lot of favorite businesses in the area start in food trucks and transition to brick-and-mortars because of love from the community.
