Acrosstown Repertory Theatre will perform “13” starting on Friday and running through Aug. 16.
This event will take place at 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. on Sundays at 3501 SW 2nd Ave. in Gainesville.
Tickets range from $20 to $25 and can be purchased by clicking here. The Friday, July 31, performance is sold out, but tickets are still available for performances through Aug. 16.
The ART Youth production of “13” is a musical, based on the book by Dan Elish and Robert Horn, that follows Evan Goldman, a middle schooler who moves from New York City to a small town in Indiana, where he navigates his parents’ divorce, prepares for his Bar Mitzvah, and adjusts to a new school and social life.
The production invites audiences to relive the awkward, funny, and heartfelt moments of middle school.
