Based on the Emmy-award-winning TV movie by Reginald Rose and adapted by Sherman L. Sergel, “12 Angry Jurors” follows the closing arguments of a murder trial as the 12 members of the jury must deliberate, with a guilty verdict meaning death for the accused, of an inner-city teen.

As the jurors try to reach a unanimous decision while sequestered in a room, one juror casts doubt on the elements of the case. Personal issues soon rise to the surface and conflict threatens to derail the process that will decide the teen’s fate.

The play is directed by Ellen Frattino.
