Gainesville's annual Downtown Festival and Art Show will feature more than 200 artistic experiences on Saturday and Sunday.

The event, the largest free celebration of art and culture in North Florida, will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday in the streets around Bo Diddley Plaza (111 E. University Ave.).
More than 200-plus artists will be on hand along with live music, performing arts and culinary arts experiences.
The event will feature paintings, photography, ceramics, sculptures and more.
Children will be able to get creative with hands-on art activities.
The event also provides visitors with dozens of eating options from visiting and local food vendors.
