UF Health will host a Community Health Fair and Falls Expo on Wednesday, Sept. 24, at the Alachua County Senior Recreation Center in Gainesville.

The free event will run from noon to 4:30 p.m. at 5701 NW 34th Blvd.

The first segment of the event, from noon to 4:30 p.m., is the CarFit Inspections, which will be by appointment only.
